The fine print
Plain language, kept short. Stripe and your card issuer also require these pages to exist, so here they are.
Shipping
Every piece ships from Texas. Orders go out within five business days of payment unless the product page says otherwise for a pre-order or founders batch. You receive a tracking number by email the day it ships.
Domestic shipping terms are shown at checkout. International shipping, where offered, is calculated at checkout and does not include any import duties your country may charge.
Editions marked "arrives empty" ship with the glass tube sealed and empty by design. Nothing is missing from the box.
Returns and damage
If the piece arrives damaged, email a photo within seven days and we send a replacement at no cost. No need to ship the broken one back.
For any other reason, you may return an unused piece within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. Return shipping is on you unless we made a mistake. Keepsake editions that have been opened, and any piece whose tube has been broken, cannot be returned.
Privacy
We collect your email when you join the waitlist, and your name, email, and shipping address when you order. We use them to ship your order, send receipts and tracking, and, if you joined the waitlist, to tell you when the product is available.
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Our site runs on Cloudflare, which processes basic request logs to keep the site online.
We do not sell or rent your information. You can ask us to delete it at any time by emailing . We do not use advertising trackers on this site unless a future update to this page says so.
Terms of sale
- Prices are in US dollars and include any applicable sales tax calculated at checkout.
- Each piece is hand-finished. Grain, color, and small marks vary and are part of the product, not defects.
- The glass tube is meant to be broken only on purpose with the hammer provided. Keep the piece out of reach of children.
- Keepsake editions contain natural materials such as sand or stone. They are decorative and not for consumption.
- Editions that arrive empty are sold as wall decor. What you choose to place inside is your responsibility and must be lawful where you live.
